After many years of experience in the construction field, and specifically framing homes, at Timberline we have the expertise necessary to design a home that will exceed your expectations. We always make every effort to design each home in such a way as to reduce as much material waste as possible, helping to avoid unnecessary items sent to landfills and wasted money from your wallet.
The need for Timberline to design homes began when using plans designed by draftsmen or architects while framing homes. It became readily apparent that these plans were designed by individuals who did not understand how homes are "really" built; many design elements just did not work, leaving it up to the framing contractor to make his best guess as to what was really intended. Timberline has taken those experiences and all the knowledge gained from years of framing homes in the "real world" to design house plans that provide exactly what you want while providing the necessary information to the contractors to make sure what is built is what was designed.
